We've booked twice with Emma and she's always our first point of call when we're thinking of holidays! Our last trip to Iceland/New York was amazing! She went above and beyond at every opportunity - she even found a better hotel than the one advertised at the same price! She takes all the pressure off as she messages when check in is open... reminds me to book seats... transfers etc. We just know we're in the best hands with her!

We travelled to Maldives just before Christmas and we used Emma’s services. We couldn’t recommend her enough. We changed a few details of our holiday and she sorted everything with a click of her fingers. Even flying during this pandemic we had a couple of issues with Boris changing rules but she informed us and helped us as much as she could.

Emma booked our holiday to Cape Verde in April 2020 and unfortunately due to covid this was cancelled. She rescheduled it for April 2021, but once again this was cancelled. Emma was amazing and we had an immediate refund. I know a lot of people who had booked holidays and had major issues getting refunds. Emma was brilliant and as always gave a first class service.
